Biased Wheel

Table, ball, chips, wheel, players and dealer make a roulette game set. Everybody gathered and they start a game. Some win, some don’t. Some cry, some laugh. Some suffer, some enjoy. So, is it possible for one person to cheat the whole crowd around the table to win a fortune?

Some would call the biased wheel finding cheating, but I’d call it being smarter than others and quick-witted, certainly, if you do not corrupt the wheel by yourself. Not every sane person can have enough stamina to watch hundreds of the wheel spins to find the imperfection in it.

It sounds pretty nice. But it can take much time and effort to define the biased wheel. If you really want to go ahead and try to find your “wheel of fortune”, you need to be fast because you are not the only one, since the casino staff is watching too. As soon as they find that kind of wheel, they will simply substitute it and many hours of watching will be just a waist of time.

As the casinos do not want to give away their money to all the volunteers, they check the wheels for any corruptions too. Nowadays they are smart and armed to the teeth with lots of equipment to find the cheats and flaws, but it wasn’t like that in times of great Joseph Jagger, who won a ton of money.
